Central Austin is a rare mix of city energy and outdoor space. Our home sits about a 10-minute walk from Town Lake (Lady Bird Lake) and a short ride from the neighborhoods that make Austin famous. Here's how to think about staying here.
Where the home sits
The remodeled 1967 mid-century home is on the downtown-skyline side of town, set back from I-35 so the street feels calm. It sleeps up to 12 guests, has a fenced private backyard with a grill and covered seating, and an oversized driveway that fits four cars.

Why a house beats a hotel here
A home gives you a kitchen, a backyard and parking, and groups can share the cost. For event weekends, one central home is often easier than coordinating several hotel rooms.
